Dear Sir,
Can you please advise formula like,
In Column B I have Customer name,
Column F I have subject line like “Outstanding Statement for Customer Name as on 28.09.2019
In Column G I have email body Dear Sir,
Please find attached herewith Outstanding Statement for Customer name as on 28.09.2019
In simple words I wanted to add Customer name from Column B with PROPER.

The formula should work wherever you put it -- at least assuming it is in the same workbook!
The key is applying the defined name 'CustomerName' to cell B8 or a column of cells that include it.

As it stands, column G (email body) would just be a repeat of column F (subject). To get something different either build the formula in the same manner as column F but with different boiler-plate text or, alternatively, reference the subject, which already contains the customer name.
= "Dear Sir,
Please find attached herewith
" & subject
