Amount of unique values between two timestamps

I would like summarize the amount of unique values between two timestamps but I meet some problem. Could someone offer a formulae which able to solve this issue?

Hi ,

Try this in I6 , and copy down :

=SUMPRODUCT((($B$6:$B$17+$C$6:$C$17<=$B$2)*($B$6:$B$17+$C$6:$C$17>=$B$1))*($A$6:$A$17=$H6)*($E$6:$E$17))
