Amount fetch from Data Sheet

Sir,
Please help to fetch the amount in report sheet from data sheet.
In Report sheet Amount data is a combination of source, destination & size field of data sheet and
Bill date is the Bill starting date & Ending date of data sheet.

we do not want any pivot table report.
in report sheet the data is static.
we have to put manually i.e, Bill date, source, destination and size

There is none Bill date, which You've given in Report sheet ... hmm?
Have You tried to use eg SUMIF Yourself?

we have to put manually bill date, it should be check in report sheet (Bill starting date column & Bill Ending date column).
i have used Index + Match array formula it will give correct result.
but i have not consider bill date.

the formula will not work for bill date criteria.

Did You miss my 2nd question?
Without answers - there are challenges to know - what do really need?
What about if there are more than one 'suitable' row of data?
Cells H6 & H7 has two samples.
