Alternative of pivot table- Excercise-2

I need solution for below three questions without pivot table. I am just a beginner in excel, your solution will given an idea for learning it with example.

Please find attached dummy dataset for excercise.

Calculate the total value & do bucket tagging basis the master data

prepare the summary of the database zone wise and category wise

calculate the total value of these products (w/o using the pivot table)
