Alt Tab Sometimes does not refresh

Dear all i encountered with a problem in Excel 2013 (windows 7) when i Switch to another opened workbook through Alt Tab sometimes Workbook does not get refreshed.for example i m working on Sheet a and switch to Sheet b But still i see Sheet A instead of Sheet B
i will really be thankful if any one of you could come up with an appropriate solution of this problem.

Hi Zain,
When you press alt+tab...
hold alt key and see are you still on the same tab or not?

But the best thing is using Ctrl+Tab (this will navigate between workbooks only)
