ALT+I+R, ALT+I+C not working

Greetings!!
In my excel file after right click, button like Insert, etc shows deactivate. Alt+I+R, Alt +I+C is also not working

Thanks but with that solution after ight click button got active but formula Alt+I+R. Alt+I+C still not working

Scroll down that page till the end, you will find:

"Go to the VBE (Alt/F11), press Ctrl/G, enter this:"

Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Reset

If this issue persists across multiple workbooks (and even on new ones). There could be some macro recorded in Personal Macro Workbook causing this.

Follow steps in the link to clean up the file.

If this doesn't work, it may be the corrupt Excelxx.xlb file (xx changes with version of Excel). This file contains tool bar customization etc.

Search your computer for .xlb file (including hidden files and folders)
Rename or delete the file. Excel will automatically create a clean one.
Note that you will lose your customization.
