Allocation of values from one Row item to others in a pivot table

I have a data set with several regions and costs associated to them. One of the regions is "Global" and it appears on the row list in my pivot table. I need to allocate costs all from the "Global" region against the other regions according to known %'s. Is this possible?

How is what you want to do different than what is happening in your sample? Col D is doing what you seem to want by taking the Global Sum and allocating it based on the Col C percentages.

Thank you for the reply, I was hoping to achieve this by using Pivot table functionality, not external cells. Perhaps with Calculated fields or manipulating the data in some way.
