If they're on a worksheet get the first one aligned the way you want it and then just copy and paste to other cells as needed. The alignment/placement of the first checkbox will be copied to the other cells making exact alignment a snap. or on a user form? SHIFT+CTRL+Left Click to select the multiple checkboxes. Goto the Drawing toobar Draw-->Align or Distribute and select what best suits your needs
