Again Getting Error "Reference Not Valid"

Dear Sir's Good afternoon,

I Have played with about 1 hrs, but not getting result,, my very bad i have tried again and again but realy i dont know where i am wrong can anyone please suggest only where i am doing wrong,

I Have created a data set and on Dashboard sheet i have created a Brief where i want to see respected picture also but, after lots of try i failed and getting "Reference not valid" error..

First there was trainer name error in the data sheet from the dashboard drop down and names on image sheets.

Second, you have to select image and put the formula =image_lookup in formula bar you have put this formula in name range box.

Can you please help me with one thing additional , in this i just want to make condtional format on "Dashboard Sheet" "status" column what i need if status is Running i want cell colour "GReen" and if Its "Renewel Please" i want This cell "Red".

See the file, I had put the CF on G2:G100, extend it to your range.

Hi Jitendra,
First your cell is already fill with Red, so you just need to make one CF rule:

Go to Home Tab > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cell Rules > Text that contain:

Type: Running
Click Format and set Green fill or any of your choice.
