This excel sheet has some text and somewhere numbers are mentioned I wanted highlight (find) wherever number more than 4 digit mentioned.

Your sample has six numbers 55 & 3208!
not as Your sample text says in cell B42 ... but it would highlite.

Term: Advance Filter means something else than You have used
or
Do You mean this time that highlite with yellow some rows?

Formula way to highlight if there are 4 digit number and cell does not contain advance paid:

=AND(LOOKUP(9^9,MID(A1,ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&LEN(A1)-3)),4)+0),COUNTIF(A1,"<>*advance paid*"))
