ADODB Connection issues unable to upload data from Excel to Access...

Hi,

i have created a excel data entry sheet after updating required data it should upload in access file, but the issues is the data in excel sheet is not uploading in access and i am not getting any error, i have pasted the VBA Code for your reference pls help on same.
