Addition Problem

Dear All Excel Experts,

Just attaching a file were i have given the Ans in red colour. How can i use the sum formula to get the Ans in the B column using the reference column C. The Ans are arrived as follows

B2 Ans should be 0
B3 Ans should be C2 + C3
B4 Ans should be C2 + C3 + C4
B5 Ans should be C2 + C3 + C4 + C5

Like this it should go on with the following cells. Hope you all have understood.
