Adding Sticky note in PDF using Macro

Hello Friend

I want to know whether is it possible to Add stikcy notes with comment Using Macro?
For example : I have a PDF of 10 pages which reflect the Fund return of each fund.
I want to give comment whereever there is -100 (there may be Multiple -100)
