Adding space after a text in a cell

Hi gurus,

Kindly guide me in below requirement.
User wants to add 28 empty space to text.
Is any formula is available for this ?

PS : searched in forum unable to find a thread related to this.

There would be more ways, you can try this:
=A2&REPT(" ",28)

or
=A2&REPT(" ",B2)
where B2 contains 28
