adding search and result box

Hi everybody, I am a novice Excel starter. By profession i am an ESL teacher and presently working on a project where I wish to make a Searchable Question-Answer Bank for the students. In the attached Sample file you can find a sample q-a bank with 10 questions and their answers. I wish to have a SEARCH box above the q-a bank where users will input a Question and a RESULT box will show its Answer. I do not have sound knowledge of Excel, but I am good at following instruction. So, Experts please help with detailed steps.
