Adding a vertical line on a bar chart

In the attached file, I have a bar chart. I would like to display a vertical line which would be drawn based on the value of "Accounting Degree" in cell I4. For now, I inserted a line over the screen to show what I am looking for. How can I create this line by inserting values in my table?

Is there a way to display the series name superimposed over the column like I have for the gray bar? For this, I just moved the data label over to show what I am looking for. But is there a way to display this w/o depending on moving the data label?

Hi ,

To display the data labels within each bar , just select Center from the set of options.
