There are like 16 Powerpoint Presentation files saved in a folder. And I was looking to just add link in excel spread sheet so that if clicked on link that particular PPT should open. Not sure how to do this. Please help with ideas. we will use the name of the PPT as link in spreadsheet.

U need to link PPT to Cell value in spread sheet.
If i understood your question right, follow below steps
1. Type appropriate name in Cell
2. Right click on cell & Select Hyperlink
3. Under Existing File...button Select Current folder & choose File path.
4. Hit enter button.
Now cell referece color changed to Dark Blue, when you click same it will open up ppt.
