I have one question: how can i do that in the attached Worksheet when the number is the column A:A appears for first time, in column B:B to have "value from col. A - 1", then if the number in A:A appears second time to write automatically in corresponding cell from col. B:B "value from col A - 2", etc...
And in columns C, D, E to write the same value (the first one input by the user). Column C will be with dinamic data validation.
Also in column F will be a data validation and the target is when user changes in one cell, all cells corresponding to the same number in column A:A to change. (for example if invoice 00001 is marked as paid in cell F2, the cells F3 and F4 to change automatically from "not paid" to "paid".
I consider creating a User form if it's needed..

Yes, the first input range will be the first blank cell from col. A:A.
