add helper line in chart automatically

hi guys,


i'm just curious if we can make a line automatically from graph, not the line graph btw.. here is the picture for it http://speedy.sh/wyg6f/Untitled.jpg


everytime i update my chart data once / week, i need to go to that graph to adjust the red line + edit the date so people know what date i input those value


just wondering if we can do that automatic so i wont adjust the red line everytime
