Add custom menu item on autofilter?

I'd like to add a custom list directly to the main part of the autofilter menu (right now, you have to click "Color Sort" then "Custom List" to pull up the custom list I have created. I am speaking of the menu that appears when you click one of those autofilter boxes at the top of a column... Thanks!

I'm not sure that's possible.

You can create a custom sort list and add it to XL, and when you hit the sort ascending/descending buttons, XL will use that list if it can. This is how XL knows to sort the month names correctly by date as opposed to alphabetically.
