Add columns with Calculations in a Pivot Table

I have two queries regarding pivot table.


I would like to include additional columns with formula in to a pivot table


I would like to get ride of the Items in a pivot table with Zero values without editing the source data.

I suggest you to upload a sample file that is truly a "Sample File" This one weighs more then 22 Mb so it is really difficult to download.

I believe there is an option to hide 0 or blank fields in a pivot table.
