Add an additional field in Pivot Table Report

Hello,

Attached Excel data base and pic of the report required.
Unable to find way to add or create the field "Part time.." in the pivot table.
Help will be appreciated.

Hmm, perhaps
  1. add the field Full_Time? to the Column area of your pivot
  2. replace SUM by COUNT in the value field setting
  3. rename the labels "0" and "-1" by Part Time and Full Time (just type in the cells)
