Add a (Code) column if Same Product ID

I have Code and Product codes where company receive the Product and then Transfer to Parcel Department where code changed and then next step will take where product status changed to Ready for Delivery than Loaded and in the end product will Delivery its last stage I need to add one more column where apply if product is same then Company Id will add and company code is on top each product where is Mention Company so that code will add in new Column with each step .Tahnsk

I need this in Excel or Power BI

Hi there,

I was looking into the spreadsheets you shared but didn't understand the expected result. Can you please clarify in detail.

1. What is the criteria to show 9911 in G2 as there is no matching column in Data and Company Codes sheet.
2. Why G4 to G8 cells are blank?

Have you tried Vlookup/ Index match to get the expected result?
