add 1 year to specified cell as value in if formula

My file has start dates, with an if formula that says =IF(D3<42430,"March 2017",D3) but I need the "else" result to be D3 plus one year. See potion of file below:

Instead of returning value of 10/17/16, should return value of 10/17/17
