Activities Not Displaying In Portfolio Dashboard

Hello- I have issues with the project activities showing in the dashboard. It works great fore the first defaulted 6 tables but not as I add new ones. I have followed the tutorial instructions but it still doesn't seem to work. I'm using Excel 2010 and I know the dashboard version is at least a couple years old. In any case is there some step I missing? Please Help!! Thanks
