depends on how you want to show that performance
For example if they get 4 complaints is that the 100% achievement
and you could assign 20% per complaint
So 0 = 200% , 1 = 175 , 2 =150 3 = 125 , 4 =100
5 = 75
6 =50
7 =25
8 or greater = 0
all depends on the metric and how you want to use it .......
whats the average complaints now - and why the 4 as a target .......
you could do % complaints v calls or whatever the volume is
so it all very much on how you would apply they figures , and what you want to show in a dashboard or as a trend
