Achievement calculation

Hi,

I have a small issue in calculating achievement %. The situation is that we have a target of 20% or less when we are calculating defect % achievement. So in a situation where a person achieves 30% what is his achievement vs target of 20%? While ranking the same metric is given a weightage of 20%. So when calculating the ranking based on the weightage what is the achievement. I have attaching the working sheet. Any help would be welcome.

Perhaps try this: 87.5%
That's 7/8
Target is 20% defect which is 80% success. Achievement is 30% defect which is 70% success.
Achievement of target is 70%/80%.
Arithmetically:
(100-30)/(100-20)
