Thank you for the information. I will check it.In the attached, change the drop down in cell C4, then refresh the table below it, either
by clicking Refresh All button in the Queries & Connections section of the Data tab of the ribbon
or
by right-clicking the table somewhere, and choosing Refresh.
If you don't do this, the table is set to refresh itself every minute anyway.
I've put the red border summary data to the right of the main table since the table length may vary.
