Accessing a saved chart template

I am having difficulty with accessing a saved chart template. It doesn't appear in the chart template folder in 'Change chart type' but it is there if I go into 'manage templates'. Can anyone suggest how I can get it to show up in the template folder when I go into 'Change chart type'
