about Gantt-chart project management template....

Hello!

I am new into the conditional formatting and many other techniques shown in this web page...they are great!

I am trying to apply the template of the Gantt chart (actual and Planned) to my project but I can't get it to work corectly.

1. I believe one of my problems is the INDEX that is called in the formula (INDEX(ganttTypes,1))where does that come from?

2. How do I make it change from planned to actual? I have the drop down but when I change it, my chart does not change.

3. The conditional formatting...I don't get it to work either!

I have your Project Management Dashboard. Beautiful!

I would like the Gant chart in days vrs weeks. So I made the width of the columns to "4". Now my one day task show us as two days on the fill color. How do I fix this?
