A 'Top 10' list with a consolidated Others category-UGENT

I am creating a pivot table for sales by customer, I want to sort it by top 5 and add the remaining as others. Can someone please help

You've already posted this issue once (it's even still on the front page). Also, all of the people helping on here are volunteers. We're only able to get to things as our time permits. Another thing to note is that Friday is the start of the weekend for many of the readers of this site.


To answer your question, I'd recommend sorting the PivotTable descending/ascending (whichever way makes the Top# where you want it), and then simply grouping all the categories that don't make it in the Top 5 and name that as "Other".
