5x5 Risk matrix into a chart- combo scatter/bubble graph

Hi,


Does anyone know if it is possible to turn a 5x5 risk matrix into a chart (25 coloured squares) and then possibly combine it with a scatter or bubble graph to mark where on the matrix the risk lies?


I've attached a link of what it would look like.

I'm going to have a play with it and add a drop down list so that the risks get plotted when they're selected.

Thank u I've added a combo box so the values change depending on what is selected from the box. The only question I have is how do I adapt the formula to mark if there are 2 or more values in 1 box for eg in 5A?
 
I think i figured it out i used a combo of a when formula and repeat formula.
