2007 macros not working in 2013

Hello,
file created in 2007 with macros.
opened in excel 2013 15.0.4569.1506.
macros or not visible, in vba editor many options diabled.
even in a new 2013 excel file macros are not working.
please help me.

Hi and welcome. Were your 2007 macros saved on a 32 bit version and is your 2013 also a 32-bit version ?
