(1.) Naming dots in excel chart; (2.) Ranking alert system

Hi all,

I have student test scores:...

(1.) ... that I want to plot and then to put the student names next to each dot. How to put student names next to each dot?

(2.) ... that I ranked according to each test taken (3 tests in total). How to create a excel formula to test if a student's test rank is stable? For example, under Test 1, John ranked higher than Ali, but Ali ranked higher than John under Test 2. If this were the case, I would like to track any changes in terms of relative ranking.

Can you show me the steps to display names next to the dots?

In addition, I am going beyond what I asked initially. Can you replace numerical scores in the Y-axis with letter grade (e.g. 10 = A+; 9 = A; 8 = B; 7 = C; 6 and below = F).
