Shaboo, Good afternoon.
It's not clear for me what exactly you want.
But.....Try to use:
TAB: BANK
O2 -->formula -->
=INDEX(Datasheet!$A$2:$A$1000, SUMPRODUCT((Datasheet!$I$2:$I$1000=F2)*(Datasheet!$B$2:$B$1000=P2)*ROW(Datasheet!$A$2:$A$1000))-1)
Is that what you're looking for?
I hope it...
Bipin619, Good morning.
Narayan, greetings from Brazil.

How the title of your message says and how requested by your message, you have requested the number of absent students.
The formula does just that!
Now, as for your new request, the brilliant colleague Narayan has already...
Bipin619, Good morning.
There are several different ways to do this in Excel.
Suppose:
A1:A50 --> All students
B1:B50 --> Students present
a) =COUNTA(A1:A50)-COUNTA(B1:B50)
b) =COUNTBLANK(B1:B50)
Is that what you want?
I hope it helps.
Why not to create a table with age and correspondent value and search this table using VLOOKUP function?
