is there a way that we can adapt the formulas to ignore 0's and blank cells as I see on the lowest load it give me a negative value which I am assuming is due to the o's in some of the cells? Thank you

Hi @Marc L I did try that, but I get an error. The Data sheet is on another sheet3 and the sheet I want to use for opening the form is on sheet1 am using an icon with the macro to excute. See attached error, once I debug it highlights the Sheet1.ShowDataForm.

@vletm regardless of having a list full of X its the concept of having the data show up on the FilterData sheet once any value is entered in the above search boxes and yes in this case only X will work. The file I have attached has the orginal code and only X and it still works as should.

No the user name will be letters only, but the password should be mixed of special characters, numbers and letters.

Yes not adding the add/change password now. I did the same as the sample file as per link above post #11 I didn't copy the message box changes that all works fine, just to have a look at the special characters with number and letters for now. Thanks a lot :cool:

Yes I tried it and it gave me an error then when I changed it, it wouldn't allow only numbers, I had to change it to either text or text and a number. Not sure how to do a create password button for the user on the login form, maybe an update password, and also to log it, will search around on...
