I do this type of thing quite often and find that the Snipping Tool in Start>All Programs>Accessories>Snipping Tool does the job, pastes selective screenshot into current cell in excel. Using Vista
Has anyone encountered problems when printing dashboards that have been created using the Camera tool? I have set up a dashboard (2007) which has only 3 elements added with the Camera tool but when printing (or just viewing in Print Preview) the dashboard becomes distorted - Camera image...
I had similar problems a few years ago with a team of 30 staff. The way I got around this was to have them all put raw data into a dummy spreadsheet (ie without formatting etc) then copy>paste special>values into the master myself properly - minimised risks.

...do you know if its possible to have excel draw shapes based on the value in a cell (eg draw a circle and the size is dependent on the value in a cell.)
