    I have followed Chandoo's and Ron De Bruin tips and it works - did 5 sheets. Thanks alot "oldchippy". Will however welcome any suggestion of automating this task when doing 300+..

    Hi, Want to use excel for staff to rate themselves. Each staff receives s/sheet, complete and mail back. How can I get the final rating score of each member (with their details) to one spreadsheet? Trust this is not a stupid (I am not good in excel)..
