but it is my real problem
i want to make this type file.......
therefore previously i was using if formula to get the correct value from the column A and B.....
but there i was getting some blanks cell too.....

but i want to delete only those cells which haves formulas but have no value
i dont want to delete all the cells having formulas
becoz there are some cells having formula and value too.....and some cells having...

CAN U PROVIDE ME VBA CODE FOR THE SAME WHICH U TOLD ME.....AS follows:
Select sheet 1
Select K1:N100
Press Ctrl+F
Click on Option>Select Values from Look in Combo>Find All>Press Ctrl+A
Close Find and Replace Dialog box
Now press Delete key
seLECT SHEET 1
Select K1:N100
Press Ctrl+F
Click on Option>Select Values from Look in Combo>Find All>Press Ctrl+A
Close Find and Replace Dialog box
Now press Delete key
BECAUSE I HAVE SOME CELLS FROM COLUMN K1 TO COLUMN N100 WHICH HAVE INCLUDE IF FORMULA BUT THEIR RESULTS IS...

i have two list one is Item list in column A
and second list is category list in column B
Both the list are very long..
Now i expect that when i save a new item with category the automatic save my individual category list too.....with assending order.........
any one can...
