That is right. ? is a wild card when used in COUNTIF (and SUMIF, Search, VLOOKUP etc.) One way to overcome this is to replace ? with something else, like ! (as you do not need to worry about ? symbol at all). So the below should work...

We do have a print button & printing styles enabled on all article pages on the site (that is blog posts). If you visit any page and press CTRL+P and go to preview, you should see how it looks like. I will think of adding such style to formula pages (http://chandoo.org/excel-formulas/ ) as well.
