Like conditional formatting I want to highlight (change the Background colour) or a whole row based on the entry in one cell
So in my date in column D I input "Live", "Complete", "Hold"
If its a Live site hightlight the whole row a Red colour
If on Hold then a yellow
and completed Green

One hopefully quick one - any way how I can either not show the 00/01/1900 date in column Q or format so it can't be seen, Its based on the same formula as the rest but based on the start date.

I have 1 column that has a date in the format dd mmm yyyy which has given me what I want except the pre 1900 dates
if a date is 01 Jan 1921 then you can see it is 01

but mainly are entered in format like 23/01/1920, 26/01/1915, 05/11/1909

Is there any way you know to convert the dates into that format, other than manually go through them.
The 1900's are ok, but the 1800 will not convert.
also if I manually convert then I can't get them to sort correctly. The 1900 sort but not the 1800's see below
