this is just a guess, but if you look at the cell contents of H128, your probably going to see your formula and vlookup is not finding a match in that formula, you may want to convert the contents of H128 to the value of the formula...

Can data be normalized?
For example
Cell A1 has an application name
B1:B5 have server names that A1 runs on
C1:C5 have the cost of A1 running on the the servers, however each of C1:C5 have the same value.
Is there any way to normalize C1:C5 so that only C1 has a value in it?
