it may be i can't copy the formula downwards. But i select the cells &double click on the small square button & it would copy all the formulas but it does not happen

All the formulas in I,J,K, M, P,Q6 Col.

@NARAYANK991, y is a fixed character value. i mean if K col value is not equal to y then color those cells which has less value than selected row date value.

here can i add an extra condition that if K col value is not equal to y then it color cells.
