I am new to this forum. Looking for some advice. I am interested in seeing how to use VBA Code to import Excel Worksheets, append new rows and update existing rows. The main issue is making sure the ticket numbers are not duplicated, but, I want to be able to update existing tickets with the new information based on the imported file. New tickets should be added to a new blank row. Is this scenario possible?
