Indirect reference with conditional formatting.

Hey there- I'm going to try to explain this as best as possible.
Excel Formula i'd like to create:

Highlight the cell on sheet "MPLS" that matches conditions from "MPLS" Row, and columns E-F (All Install Groups), Which conditions match "Completion List" Columns. The formula should be to highlight the cell whose conditional / indirect references match the column and row criteria on "MPLS" which equals Column W on sheet "Completion List".

Also, it doesn't need to be a highlight, it could populate an X, or anything. I just need to see all of the installation dates for each row on "Completion List".
