i have a diagramm with 365 values ( one for each day 2010). i like to set the x axis to only show me the months and not all the days.
i tried changing the scale to a date axis- didnt work
i tried setting the intervall to 30 .. -> doesnt work
i tried several things on the microsoft...

i know how to create drop down lists and use them a lot.. one thing i havnt gotten to work til now is to have a standard value in the list. meaning. i got a list of say 5 names. in the drop down list i would like it to say - "select a name" so the user is drwn to the field
no the units produced are at the time in the same row..
so 2010/09/01 05:04:00 (which seems to be a text unfortunatly-- so i need to convert it to a time i guess) i produced 0 units..
2010/09/01 06:00:00 i produced 143 unit...
i need to know from the time 2010/09/01 05:04:00 and 60...
