Time delay in a particular cell

In cell A1, i get realtime data from website that changes every second.

In cell B1, i want to calculate =A1*1.25 . This calculation should take place every 30 seconds only.

Therefore the time delay should be only in Cell B1 only.

Please see the attached file.

I had use the idea from http://www.cpearson.com/excel/OnTime.aspx to generate an auto delayed calculating workbook, as per your need. Everytime you open it, it will do the calculation for B1 after 30 seconds.

Just check it.
