We need to track the total number of PH vs the total availed by each staff. If the staff is on Annual leave or weekly off, she is not entitled to PH. It will be considered as availed. In the attached sheet, Agent 1 is on annual leave on the 1st however it still shows that she has 1 PH in her kitty which shouldn't be the case.
Any assistance to sort the concern will be very much appreciated.
