Need Help! -Merge data from multiple files to one master file

Hi
I need help in merging data from multiple files to one single master file (in single tab) using macros/ VBA. I would really appreciate your help and help me to save time as I am doing this regularly (around 50 files every day). I have attached 2 sample files and also Master file showing the data that needs to be captured. Please review and advise.

Why "Need Help!" in you title, as that's why the forum exist, to help, its some what superfluous.
