Multi User Login to Excel Workbook

Hi

I want Admin Access to Excel work book in that also Few admin users only restrict to few area changes in worksheets means If any blank cell that can be edit no access for Delete any thing few admin user allow to delete the data.

In one Sheet i want Track changes need to reflect which Users are changes which cells or Modified or Delete that data i want in one Sheet & that can be seen by Super admin users only

Normal Users open all sheets in Ready only mode they do not have access for edit or Delete any thing

Please tell me how to do this

1. You have had a long time ago something like this, have You?
2. Why need to write something information to some form?
Why don't use environ("username")?
3. Is this shared file?
If not, then this would be 'heavy to use'!
4. There is some text which told who has made that file.
Why You cannot ask just from original maker?
5. ... because, I would take time even to see something now ...
gotta login without informations
... same way everybody else would do same.

1st question really i m not remember bcoz so many questions ask to this forum
2nd question i am not know how to do this environ("username")
3rd question File is shared as per upload file user name & password means that file is obviously share if not share then why need this user name & password
4th question this file made by Deepak i think
5th question u log in without information that how u tell me then i can say on this
